Reservation Policy

We will request a valid credit card or gift certificate number for all spa package reservations. We will require a valid credit card number for all first time reservations.

When booking your reservation, be sure to let your receptionist know about any coupons or gift certificates with expiration date. We will do our utmost to accommodate you!

Cancellation Policy

We ask that all cancellations be made 24-hours prior to your reservation for weekdays, 48-hours for Fridays and Saturdays. All spa package reservations and Sunday appointments must give a 72-hour cancellation notice. We reserve the right to charge for no-shows and cancellations not made within the requested times.

Gift Certificate Purchase Policy

We do not give refunds in cash or otherwise for any gift certificate purchased from Dansk Day Spa (includes online purchases) or any other vendor such as Groupon. We only allow product purchases from Gift Certificates purchased directly from the spa. We will gladly upgrade any gift certificate. We will not accept responsibility for lost, stolen or expired gift certificates. Gift certificates will expire after six (6) months unless otherwise notated on gift certificate.

Sanitation Policy

We take sanitation seriously! All of our nail and facial implements are sanitized using an FDA approved medical grade autoclave. We continuously seek ways to ensure that our Spa meets strict sanitation standards for your safety and ours.
